Bandhan Express is the international train which Connects the Bangladesh and India through railway. Bandhan Express train starts its journey from Khulna, Bangladesh and the destination of this train in Kolkata, India. It is the second international train of the Bangladesh India route. The first one is the Maitree Express.

Bandhan Express equipped with all modern facilities. It takes almost 5 hours to reach its destinations. It provides three stoppages on the journey. The total distance of Khulna to Kolkata route is 172 Kilometers. Bandhan Express runs an average 37 Km/hour speed. The overall cleanliness, punctuality is awesome. Bandhan Express Train route
The train starts its journey from Khulna, Bangladesh. From the Khulna, the train runs through Jessore and Jhikhagacha. The train gives 3 minutes stoppages on Jessore. Then it again starts a journey from Jessore to Benapole.
After crossing the Bangladesh India Border, the train takes stoppage on Petrapole in India. Then providing a few minute stoppages on Bangaon, Dum Dum it reaches Kolkata. The duration is almost 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Bandhan Express Ticket classes
There are two types of seats available on the Bandhan Express. There are two types of seats available here. The Classes are
- AC Chair Cars
- AC First Class seats.

Bandhan Express runs once a week on Thursday. From Khulna, it starts its journey at 1.20 PM. From Khulna, the train number is 13130. It reaches the Jessore Station at 2.30 PM. Then Benapole at 4.00 PM. After crossing Border the nearest substation Petrapole needs 20 minutes only. Finally, at 6.10 it reaches Kolkata stations.

Kolkata to Khulna Train Schedule
The route is the same as Khulna to Kolkata. The timing changes. Bandhan Express train starts its journey from Kolkata at 7.00 AM, Reaches Petrapole and 8.55 am. At 9.15 am it crosses Border at Benapole. Then it takes a break of 75 minutes. At 11.30 AM, it reaches Jessore and 12.30 pm in Khulna which is the last stoppage of Bandhan Express

The very first time, it was hassling to the passenger. They have to go down to the Benapole stations with their luggage for immigration purposes. Not it is quite easier.
