Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology BUET has not published the official admission circular. As the HSC Examination result has been published, the admission circular will be available on their official website soon. According to the official circular of 2023-2024, we have added the details here. Qualification to apply

• Interested candidates should have to pass SSC and HSC from any education board in Bangladesh with a minimal GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00
• In the HSC examination candidates should have to obtain 4.50 out of 5.00
• SSC Passing year must be 2017 or 2018
• HSC passing year must be 2023
• A total of 12000 students can seat for the Admission examination

Groups and Units of BUET Admission

BUET takes undergraduate students in five departments. These five departments are divided into two groups which are the KA Group and Kha Group. The Admission test for two groups will be held on the same day. Below we have added the details of these groups and departments.

How to apply

• Before starting to apply candidates need to have a passport-sized photograph, Signature.
• Candidates need to visit buet.ac.bd
• Then they have to fill up the form with proper information and the candidate can check the preview before final submit
• Then he will redirect to the confirmation page with the serial number
• Finally, candidates have to download the receipt in a PDF version
• Candidates have to pay the application fee with the mobile banking system. The supported mobile banking systems are
